5. On a piece of paper, write down all the things that you are happy and grateful for. They can be your friends, your colleagues and your family. To this day my subconscious mind has a lot of transformation as I have and still continue to discover who I AM. There are no judgements in this world, JUST LOVE (Christ like love).</div>
